Symbionics
is owned and operated by Mary Beth Clark, a Physical Mind Institute
certified Pilates instructor. Ms. Clark has studied extensively with
master Pilates trainers in Toronto, Canada and in numerous American
cities. She regularly attends workshops to provide her clients with
the latest advances in the Pilates method. From her personal studios
in Columbia City, Fort Wayne, and also Debra Collier's School
of Dance in Warsaw, Indiana, she provides area residents
a wide range of levels of instruction designed for both the novice
and the experienced client.
The Pilates method, alone or in combination with
other fitness programs, will provide optimal physical conditioning.
